About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Komatsu Mining Corp. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer needs and control redundancy and overall inventory value.
  • Provide exceptional service to parts groups and regional parts customers.
  • Collaborate with national and global inventory management staff to address their requirements.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, internal material movements, and warehousing operations.
  • Contribute to the planning and forecasting of aftermarket parts for customers.
  • Ensure accuracy of actual inventory vs. system inventory and manage excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Lead inventory counts, including cycle counting and full physical inventory counts.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Implement systems and programs to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and customer service.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
Requirements
  • Journeyperson Parts Technician or equivalent years of warehouse experience, logistics, inventory planning.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a multi-level team.
  • General understanding of warehouse operations, budgets, inventory, and inventory controls.
  • Proficient computer skills, including office suite and SAP.
  • Experience operating powered industrial vehicles and manual equipment.
  • Solid customer service skills, organizational skills, and computer skills.
