We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Business Support Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). As a key member of our Knowledge Management and Communications Team, you will play a pivotal role in producing executive-level presentations, reports, and business cases that drive strategic decisions and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint, combining data and graphic design principles to effectively communicate complex information.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with various internal team leads to meet deadlines and ensure presentations, reports, and content meet corporate brand standards, expectations, and represent NTT DATA and/or our clients appropriately.
- Design and build out high-quality creative assets for presentation slides.
- Support executive-led projects from concept to completion, incorporating feedback and managing timelines.
- Partner with the communications lead to ensure messaging, writing supports visual concepts and executive direction/goals.
- Coordinate and provide writing support for presentations, reports, proposals, including reviewing/editing content for clarity.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but will accept relative industry experience in lieu of degree. Note: In lieu of degree, we require 4+ years of relevant, proven experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with larger consulting firms and/or organizations.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have a portfolio or past work examples to share.
