As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of all sizes and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely data and financial analysis on various projects for medical, dental, life, and disability programs.
  • Work in a collaborative environment on a wide variety of client teams with colleagues in Toronto.
  • Support clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication.
  • Perform basic or complex calculations with respect to the costs of our clients' current employee benefit plans and insurance arrangements.
  • Gain an understanding of basic project management and consulting skills, including managing client deliverables, participating in client calls and meetings, and assisting with client-friendly communications.
What You Need To Have
  • Graduating with a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, business administration, or a related field between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills and working knowledge of Excel and other MS-Office software programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
