Business Analyst - Finance & Operations

The Business Analyst - Finance & Operations will be responsible for driving enhancements for Finance functions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365) and integrated applications Exflow, Adyen, TAS. This role will also serve as the main point of support for both the Business and Technology groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall vision and ERP system expertise to support continuous improvement
  • Prioritize scope items related to Finance, measuring business impact, complexity, delivery, and training
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their challenges and help solve those challenges by leveraging D365 and other systems
  • Gather requirements from multiple sources and translate those requirements into documented needs
  • Identify business solutions, tools, and data flows, and develop workflow diagrams with multiple swim lanes
  • Work closely with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance to translate business requirements into successful technical deliveries
  • Ensure operational ERP information flows flawlessly into Financials, specifically AR, AP, and GL
  • Assist in prioritizing project deliverables and roadmap
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a IT Business Analyst with a University Degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to elicit requirements, document current state and future state business process flows, and propose viable solutions to business issues
  • Strong understanding of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash business processes
  • Proficient in financial business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, and Supply Chain Finance
  • Implementing and/or operating D365 or comparable systems preferred
