Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Thai Manao. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu items, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu items, taking into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and culinary trends
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the expectations of our customers
  • Liaise with suppliers to source fresh and sustainable ingredients
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
