Job Title: Licensed Millwright

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Millwright to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of equipment in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Assist with installation and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Identify and report potential repair problems to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance supervision to maintain a smooth production process
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety, and HACCP best operating procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety

Requirements:

  • Must be a fully licensed industrial millwright with experience in manufacturing and/or process industries
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, P&ID's, equipment manuals, and other relevant materials
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
