About The Landscape Artist Inc.

We are a leading provider of landscape construction services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing landscape construction projects, managing a team of workers, and ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, handling heavy loads and working at heights.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
