About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Noodlebox. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes, to our customers.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our service goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other team members to ensure a positive and efficient dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
