Our office is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a business setting, with a large caseload and tight deadlines.

Work Setting

You will be working in a business office, with a team of 3-4 people, and will be responsible for co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Tasks
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and schedule work.
  • Maintain filing systems, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Train other workers, and establish work priorities.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
