Job Description

The Global Asset Liability Management group plays a leadership role in identifying and assessing ALM-related risks globally, along with developing investment and risk management strategies to support the company's business and financial objectives.

This role involves working closely with professionals and management from the Investments division, Business Unit valuation areas, and Group functions (actuarial, risk, tax, controllers, Treasury) to enhance ALM systems, reporting, and operations processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the integrity, completeness, and timely production of operational activities and reports;
  • Continuously enhancing and streamlining ALM systems, processes, and reports;
  • Analyzing and explaining the movement for various assets and key metrics due to interest rate changes;
  • Managing business requirements, requests, and emerging issues that impact asset management;
  • Supporting the interest rate risk forecast and providing senior management with updated risk position and market-driven gain/loss analysis;
  • Supporting other ALM teams for liability-driven investment strategies and hedging strategies;
  • Building strong working relationships with investment teams, business units, and group areas to effectively execute responsibilities;
