Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Orlando Pub & Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide assistance with special needs, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, schedule staff, and train new team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, record sales, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
