Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Leamington. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet the needs of our guests.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in food service operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
- Basic security clearance.
