Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Leamington. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Basic security clearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility, initiative, and dependability, with the ability to work as part of a team.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking and bending. The ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking is essential.
Language:The primary language of work is English, and the ability to communicate effectively in this language is essential.Work Schedule:
The Food Service Supervisor will work a regular schedule of 35-44 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
