We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the Congregation of Missionaries of the Precious Blood Atlantic Province. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food service
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and organized
