Quantity Surveyor

CB ROSS COST CONSULTING INC is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review cost estimates for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
