Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at McDonald's, you will be responsible for overseeing the food service operations in a fast-paced environment. Your key objectives include supervising staff, coordinating activities, training employees, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Directly supervise 5-10 team members, including food servers, counter attendants, and food preparers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Training: Train new hires on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality standards, addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include dental plan, health care plan, group insurance benefits, and life insurance. Work hours are approximately 35-40 hours per week, with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic and growing industry.
