At Abas Auto, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our parking facilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Standing for extended periods required
