About Our Team

We're a dynamic team at Miller Paving Limited, seeking a skilled Groundsperson to join our Milling crew. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milling and paving equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Milling Machine Operator on highway and private contracts
  • Perform pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records, and daily equipment logs
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication devices to ensure seamless communication with the crew
  • Lead by example, promoting a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, consultants, and the public
