Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Semi-Truck Mechanic at AppleOne, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. This includes performing preventative maintenance measures on semi-trucks and trailers, assembling and dissembling vehicle engines, and cleaning fuel tanks. Additionally, you will maintain hubs and axles, adjust or replace them when required, inspect, service, and replace trailer parts, including tires, and check and repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be licensed for truck and trailer (310T) and have experience with heavy trucks, excavators, loaders, backhoes, flusher trucks, hydro-vacuum trucks, dump trucks, trailers, and small portable equipment. A G license and clear driver's abstract are also required to drive the company vehicle. Experience is a top priority, and occasional emergency calls on weekends may be required.
