About the Role

This position requires a strong technical background in communications and security products, as well as excellent customer service and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, delivering training sessions, and ensuring the optimal implementation of our solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and end-users to resolve technical issues, provide product training, and support sales and estimation processes. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in the development and testing of new products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement custom solutions for customers and installers.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales, field technicians, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to develop and refine new products and solutions.
  • Program and configure security systems for international customers.
  • Support legacy products and systems, including FACP's, Telephone Access Systems, and Emergency Call Systems.
  • Conduct on-site visits to provide technical support and training to customers and end-users.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new products and solutions.
