About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst, Business Finance will play a critical role in supporting Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing leaders by providing data-driven insights and forecasts to inform business decisions. This role will work closely with the Corporate FP&A team to develop and maintain financial models, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, marketing, and partnerships performance
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and develop go-forward strategies
  • Partner with product teams to understand how product changes impact fulfillment and pro onboarding funnel performance
  • Partner with partnership teams to understand pipeline for new deals and drivers of existing partnerships performance
  • Attend weekly business reviews to monitor overall supply and fulfillment driver performance

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Go-to Market experience, with at least 4 years of forecasting experience
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders and working with cross-functional teams to build aligned views of the business
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, using G-Suite, SQL and MS Office Suite
  • Able to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Broad understanding of marketing performance metrics and how they impact demand forecasts

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working for a tech company, company that operates within a marketplace or public company experience a plus
  • Previous experience in supporting/partnering with marketing, sales, and business analytics teams
  • Experience working with sales organizations
  • Ability to automate forecasts using python, R or other programming languages
