Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team and create innovative software solutions.



About the Role

The successful candidate will have a solid background in software development, with experience in leading teams and managing projects. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages, including JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and Python.
  • Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Maintain existing software systems, making modifications as required to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of technical specifications and documentation.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and Python.
