About the Role

FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical problems, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives from government agencies
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in initiatives that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
