Senior Communications Manager

FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government agencies, and community groups
- Oversee the development and dissemination of internal and external communications, including press releases, media advisories, and social media content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public opinion to inform communication strategies
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on communication best practices and protocols
- 5-10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Post-secondary education in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Experience working in a similar role in a government or community organization
- Knowledge of government regulations and policies related to communications and public relations
