We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Mikel Coffee Company.
Job SummaryThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR department in achieving the company's goals and objectives. This includes reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts
- Manage training and development strategies
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
- Staff recruitment and selection
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
- Human resource planning and development
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
