In this critical role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, create effective presentation materials, and facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project needs and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Transform complex data and information into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive project development.
  • Drive initiatives to improve presentation standards and create templates for various stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on business analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is ideal.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office Suite applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into visual formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a government consulting environment is a plus.
  • Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and deliver recommendations with limited information.
  • Must demonstrate confidence in decision-making and communication.
