Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Supervisor to join our team at Commercial Restaurant Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in our commercial restaurant settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • System Installation and Maintenance
    • Oversee the installation of new air conditioning and refrigeration systems
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
    • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Develop and implement safety protocols for team members
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
