Job Title: Sr. Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist to join our Digital Product Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing new products to improve health outcomes for our members and value for plan sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with our strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including concept development, documentation, contracts, training, and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and development teams
  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities for cost-containment, and solutions to enhance benefit plans
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in digital product development, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite, Webex, and Sharepoint
  • Bilingualism is considered a strong asset
