Job Title: Sr. Product SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist to join our Digital Product Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing new products to improve health outcomes for our members and value for plan sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with our strategic objectives
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality products
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including concept development, documentation, contracts, training, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and development teams
- Identify emerging trends, opportunities for cost-containment, and solutions to enhance benefit plans
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in digital product development, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite, Webex, and Sharepoint
- Bilingualism is considered a strong asset
