Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BDC Service Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a BDC Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers through telephone and email to schedule service and maintenance appointments.
  • Utilize dealership call scripts and templates to respond to customer inquiries and follow up with clients and prospective clients.
  • Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • Update the CRM with information regarding all verbal communication with customers.
  • Enter information in the Appointment Log when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.
  • Communicate with the BDC Manager relative any potential customer issues or problems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dealership environment is considered an asset.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 per hour
