Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Hospitality Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high culinary standards.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
  • Foodsafe Certificate.
  • Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge in food safety preparation.
  • Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and special events.
  • Ability to successfully complete a security screening.
  • Breakfast experience is considered an asset.
