Fatburger Port Kells (Walnut Grove) is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join their team.

As a key member of the kitchen team, the Culinary Artist will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards. This will involve preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, as well as preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. They will also be a team player, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

The Culinary Artist will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensuring that all kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained.

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with a language of work being English.
