Job Title: Account Growth Specialist - AmazonThis role is focused on driving account growth and improving customer satisfaction in the e-commerce channel. The Account Growth Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Hill's RE & brand strategies and monitor our 6P+A performance with eCommerce customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the analytics team to analyze business opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and implement joint growth plans and initiatives with customers to achieve commercial goals.
- Monitor customer performance to ensure commercial plans are executed in line with agreements and to the desired Hill's standard.
- Utilize measurement tools such as Tableau, Domo, Numerator, and Profitero to track eCommerce KPIs.
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process and monthly CBP discipline (Atlas) to forecast sales volume, GTN and A&P spend and to develop and deliver presentations to leadership and/or executive teams.
- Manage customer payments.
- Collaborate with Hill's Commercial Team and eComm Marketing Manager to execute the Hill's channel brand strategies.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
- 3+ years experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer management.
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Tableau and Google Suite.
- Analytical and always seeks to develop win-wins for Hill's and its clients.
- Works effectively across functions, channels, & categories to align priorities, solve problems, optimize resources, and drive effective execution.
- Creative problem-solver, who embraces the test & learn mindset.
- Excellent business presentation ability, skilled communicator and interacts with key stakeholders.
- Digitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of eCommerce.
- Agile mindset, able & willing to constantly adapt to changing realities.
- Fluent English speaker, additional languages are certainly a plus.
