Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to optimize food costs.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to manage kitchen expenses.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen operations.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain a high-quality food service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and supervise staff.
- Permanent employment opportunity.

- 30 hours per week work schedule.
