About the Role
The Product Owner will be responsible for establishing product roadmaps jointly with business stakeholders, prioritizing work based on value and budget, and leading agile ceremonies. You will collaborate with Architects to stay informed of technology trends, document business cases, and manage budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, articulating business needs, and removing impediments to delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technologies, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience working in an agile environment
- Minimum of three years of business systems or experience related to investments and operations
- Excellent organizational skills and hands-on experience managing all stages of a product life cycle
- Certified as a Product Owner (e.g., PSPO) is an asset
- Strong active listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork spirit and collaboration skills driven by a positive attitude
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingualism: English and French
