CMHA Durham is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for facilitating the management, collection, and analysis of clinical and non-clinical data to identify opportunities for quality improvement, risk management, and service enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to identify and address social determinants of health
- Oversee the quality improvement plan activities and develop quarterly and annual reports
- Analyze risk management data to identify patterns and trends in care delivery
- Support teams in the use of continuous quality improvement and risk management tools and processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Planning, Risk Management, Public Administration, or Human Services)
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in leading/facilitating quality improvement initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of quality and risk management principles, client safety, and best practices
- Ability to work effectively with staff and community organizations
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with good judgment
