We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Planning team in Milton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business process evaluations and process optimization projects to drive efficiency and excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business process evaluations and process optimization projects to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve quality.
  • Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure process performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, scheduling, or operations management in a complex, multi-site, growth-oriented manufacturing organization.
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in demand and supply planning (S&OP process).
  • Experience in both Made to Order (MTO) and Made to Stock (MTS).
  • Experience of leading projects, operational excellence, and optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
