Accountant Job Description

At CANADA ROYAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on financial planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a fast-paced environment, with a large caseload and tight deadlines. As an Accountant, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
