Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at A2Z Networks & IT Consulting Inc. (Alberta). As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the highest security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify their security requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement information systems business solutions that meet the highest security standards, and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure their continued effectiveness.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
