Job Title: Open Learning Faculty Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Open Learning Faculty Member to join our team at Thompson Rivers University. As an Open Learning Faculty Member, you will play a critical role in supporting students in their academic studies and providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality online courses and learning materials
  • Provide regular and timely feedback to students
  • Respond to student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Mark assignments and exams, and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in online teaching and learning
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience in teaching and learning in an online environment
  • Strong knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
