Accommodations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient staff workflows.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials and supplies for our properties, driving cost savings and quality improvements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to secure the use of our facilities, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring our properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and improving guest satisfaction.
- Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
