Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient staff workflows.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials and supplies for our properties, driving cost savings and quality improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to secure the use of our facilities, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring our properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and improving guest satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
