Job Summary

Greenlight Innovation Corporation is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile orders and instructions received from customers, and track and complete work orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Shipments and Tracking: Monitor and manage shipments, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
  • Customer and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Cost Estimation and Management: Prepare and manage cost estimates, bids, and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in word processing software, database software, electronic mail, spreadsheet software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
