About the Role:

Svante is a rapidly growing clean energy technology company making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. As a Supply Chain Co-op, you will gain a deep understanding of the Order to Pay process, placing Purchase Orders within the company's ERP system, and identifying and reporting process issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on implementing the MRP module in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Conduct data analysis to support supply chain activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the workflows associated with Svante's Order to Pay process.
  • Place Purchase Orders created in the company's ERP system.
  • Identify issues with the Order to Pay process and report to the implementation team accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institute and have completed 2nd or 3rd year in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong data analysis and communications skills, verbally and written.
  • Familiar with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Understanding of the Order to Pay cycle and workflows.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Outlook specifically).
