Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Junior Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing servers, networks, and security systems to ensure they meet business needs and are secure.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization
- Evaluate and select appropriate hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Ensure system and data integrity through regular audits and security measures
- Implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends related to infrastructure systems engineering
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience as a system administrator, specifically with Microsoft technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy
- Proficiency in managing Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments
- Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
- Experience with M365 administration, including SharePoint Online and Teams
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
