We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in performing simple to complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC and commercial refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety
  • Responsible for operation and maintenance of building mechanical and commercial refrigeration systems
  • Inspect building systems including electrical system, HVAC/R, and refrigerant monitoring system to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client
