About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to lead our Vulnerability Management Integration efforts. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives, leveraging industry-relevant qualifications and certifications in cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Lead the integration of Infrastructure and Application vulnerability management across RBC and subsidiaries.">
  • As Engagement Manager for converging Infrastructure and Application VM, plan, lead, and deliver complex changes while socializing project updates with management.">
  • Develop innovative solutions and intelligence strategies to ensure RBC's vulnerability and compliance capabilities remain relevant and prepared for the changing threat landscape.">
  • Collaborate as a trusted partner to ensure projects align with functional strategy and goals.">
  • Lead proactive triage and assessment activities of security-related vulnerabilities posing a significant threat to the organization.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile Scrum or Project Management with a proven track record of planning, leading, and delivering complex changes.">
  • Curiosity and passion for vulnerability management and application security.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in broad cyber security domains, including knowledge and experience of security frameworks and governance practices.">
  • Strong prioritization and collaboration skills.">
  • Working knowledge of developer tools and environments.">
  • Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders on complex projects.">

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with application vulnerability assessment concepts, reporting, and scanning tools.">
  • Cyber Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, GCIH).">
