We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Hybrid Retail Store Performance Manager at The Cell Phone Centre. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a proven track record of success in sales management. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Your primary goal will be to achieve minimum store revenue targets by leveraging your expertise in sales acumen, coaching, and mentoring skills. You will also be responsible for conducting regular coaching sessions with your team members to improve their performance and ensure they meet daily revenue objectives.

  • Achieve minimum store revenue targets through effective sales strategies and leadership.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel with a minimum of 3 appointments a day per rep.
  • Conduct regular warm calls, cold calls, text, and email campaigns to support the building of your team's pipeline.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, which includes:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission and benefits.
