About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grandfalls Windsor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient food preparation and delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operate cash register, process payments, and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills, including handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
