Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fish Plant Worker to join our team at Cap Pele Bait Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of fish products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
  • Operate fish cleaning and cutting machines, fish meal processing machines, and roe processing machines
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a cold, wet, and odorous environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and reliability in a team environment
