Retail Store Manager

1324985 B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and a team player.
Our store operates 30 to 40 hours per week, and we offer a permanent work term with English as the primary language of communication.
